Brad M. Micklin, Esq. Mr. Micklin is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State bar associations and is licensed to appear in both State and Federal Courts. Following receipt of his juris doctorate degree, Brad Micklin served as a Superior Court judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene H. Austin, J .S.C. Thereafter, Mr. Micklin performed complex civil litigation with David Kessler & Associates, L.L.C. for several years before opening his private practice. Mr. Micklin now concentrates his practice in divorce, family law cases and estate planning. Brad M. Micklin is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyer's of America, a graduate of Seton Hall University's Bankruptcy Inn of Court and is a life member of the National Registry of Who's Who. Diverse Clients Large Cases and Small In addition to traditional legal representation in state and federal courts, Mr. Micklin has a diversified litigation practice including extensive training and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes. After serving as a mediator for the Attorney General's Office in Delaware, Mr. Micklin was trained and certified as a mediator by the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Micklin was later invited by the Assignment Judge, Union County, New Jersey to serve as a commercial arbitrator. |

Rachel Isaacs joined The Micklin Law Group in 2010 following a very prestigious family law clerkship in Cumberland County, which was followed by several years of family law experience with a solo-practitioner in South New Jersey. She continues with the firm and concentrates her practice in divorce law, domestic violence and custody practice. She further assists with estate planning and drafting for many complex estate and trust planning clients. Ms. Isaacs received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a BS in Public Relations from Boston University, School of Communications. She is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Richard M. Muglia |
Richard Muglia is a recent graduate from Widener University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time at Widener University School of Law, he participated in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic, primarily focusing on family law issues. Richard acted as the recording secretary of the Brehon Law Society for two years and took part in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program as a volunteer tax preparer for indigent taxpayers.
In 2011, Richard was a summer associate for the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Division. He was responsible for extensive legal research, brief writing and trial preparation. Furthermore, he was lead counsel in gun permit hearings in front of Superior Court Judges.
In the summer of 2010, Richard was a legal intern at The Micklin Group where he prepared briefs and memoranda on matrimonial and support issues. Also, he took part in trial preparation and assisted the firm during divorce and custody trials. We look forward to his continued work with the firm.EDUCATION
